" On the review it only gives good as description. Jose was AWESOME!!!! NO MORE CAMPING WORLD FOR US!!! Jose came out to look at my Dads TT main air conditioner, he lives on our property. If we have to get serviced we would take to camping World. Never again! Jose got up figured out the problem and called for warranty approval right there!! Scheduled us for the next day to repair! "I had some cracking in the seams on the roof of my Four Winds Siesta. I asked Stay RVing to take a look at my roof to evaluate the situation. Jose immediately inspected the roof and determined that I was in need of new caulking. He asked me to come up on the roof so that he could show me the extent of the cracking and potential leaking issues if not repaired. 
Once I agreed that the repair job was needed, he right away obtained the proper caulking and started and completed the job on the same day.
I was impressed that one, he took time to show me the problems on the roof; two, immediately started to work on the repairs required; three, it was done the same day in short order; four, he did not charge me an arm and leg for material and labor.

"We had a problem with our awning due to damage from a gust of wind. On Nov. 14, 2016, we met Jose in Tallahassee around 5 p.m. so he could look at the problem. It was cold and dark, but he went up onto the roof to check on everything. We had tied the awning with rope to keep it from flapping. He undid the rope, opened the awning and checked everything out. He did a temporary fix to have the awning lock back in place, but still went back up on the roof to secure it with ropes, so there was no doubt that it would stay in place while we traveled. He was prompt, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about our options. He understood what we needed and did the research for size and pricing and gave us a clear estimate. Also he gave us some advice on where to have some engine repairs done since it is difficult to find reputable people for diesel repairs.
